PUBLIC NOTICE. HHENDERS will be received for depas- -*- tilling the Land, known as the Town Reserve, surrounding Christchurch, Hagley Park, and the Government Domain, up to the 10th April next. Tenders will also be received up to the same day, for the temporary occupation of the Block of Land, known as the Botanical Garden at Christchurch. A considerable quantity of Town and Country Land, reserved and appropriated by the Canterbury Association, for Ecclesiastical and Educational purposes, is to be Let at a moderate rent.
