IN Referring to the instructions attached to the Schedule of applications for sheep and cattle Runs on Crown Lands, given in the "Lyttelton Times," of the 17th of January last, whereby certain reports were to be made to the I office of the Commissioner of Crown Lands on the Ist of April and Ist of August next, it is now intimated that these reports are not to be sent iii; until further notice. In the mean time, the applicant's attention is called to the forms and frontages pointed out in these instructions, as likewise to the extent of the Runs, applied for ; which in some instances are much greater than can be allowed under the Government Pisturage Regulations, which prescribe that, allowing for increase, in no case shall a Run be granted capable of containing more than 25,000 sheep; and from circumstances which have recently come to the Commissioner's knowledge, he finds it necessary to warn applicants for runs that uo* transferring, or sub-letting of them will, upon any account, be sanctioned. NOTICE is Hereby Given, —That by Deed bearing date the loth day of Marchj in the year 1852, and expressed to be made between Robertson Albenus Watts, formerly of Akaloa, in Banks Peninsula, but now of Ra Kaia, in the Colony of New Zealand, stockkeeper, of the first part, Alexander Anderson, of Christchurch, in the said Colony, Farmer, of the second part, and the several other persons whose names are thereunto subscribed, being Creditors of-the said Robertson Albenus Watts, of the third part, the said Robertson Albenus Watts hath assigned and transferred all his property and effects unto the said Alexander Anderson, .his Executors, Administrators, and Assigns in trust for the equal benefit,of such of the Creditors of the said Robertson Albenus Watts, as shall assent to and execute the said Deed within two months after the date thereof. The said Deed was on the day aforesaid duly executed by the said Robertson Albenus Watts, amd Alexander Anderson, in the presence of and attested by Charles Edward Priehard, of Christchurch aforesaid, Solicitor, and David Ferguson, of the same place, carpenter.
