We have received by the " Fly," the Wellington Spectator, and 11 dependent to the 25th of February, and the Spectator of the 28th, but not in time to make any u=;e of* them in this numl.er, except to c -rrect the markets. The master of the " Fly" informs us that the " A.gra" arrived at Wellington just as lie was sailing, with 150 passengers for Wellington, and 100 for other parts of New Zealand.
