"VTOTICE is hereby given, that on Tues- -^ (lay, the 6th of April, a Public Auction will be held in Lyttelton for the Sale of Town Land in Christchuvch and Lyttelton. Parties desirous of purchasing any particular Section, may have the same included in the list for Sale by making application to that effect at the offices of the Association, either at Lyttelton or Christchuvch, on or before Thursday the 25th of March. To give effect to such application, it will be necessary to deposit the upset priceof each Section, viz., £24 for the Half-acre Section in the Capital, and £12 for the Quarter-acre Section in the Port Town,, at the Union Bank, to the credit of the Canterbury Association; on or before the same day. •.
