NOTICE. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Tuesday the 17th day' of February, 1852, a PUBLIC AUCTION will be held in Lyttelton, for the sale of Town Lands in Lyttelton and Christchurch. Parties desirous of purchasing any particular section, may have the same included in the lis-. of those for sale, by making application in writing to that effect, at the offices of the Associa tion, either at Lyttelton or Christchurch, on ov before the 11th day of February next.
