ALPORT begs to announce that he is instructed to Sell by Public Auction, at his Store, on Tuesday the 11th of November, at One o'Clock precisely, the following Freehold Land, viz.:— Town Section, No. 82, Exeter street. This section will be sold in 4 plots, on three of which, substantial Houses are erected, the same being let to highly respectable Tenants. Part of Town Section No. 198, fronting on Christchurch road. On this Section a substantial house is built, 20 feet by 14 feet. Also, 10 plots of Land, each about a quarter of an acre, situated contiguous to Simeon Quay and Voelas road.
