Bounded on the north by the Mutinhau boundary line, on the west by a ridge of hills running parallel with the beach, on the south by Mr. Waitts' boundary line, Double Corner, and on the east by the sea. The Peninsula known as the Kaikora, with the land in the south bay extending to the second river, and inland to the base of the hills. About 70 miles to the northward of Port Victoria, 30 miles inland from the station of the late Mr. Greenwood, and about 30 miles beyond the northern boundary of the Canterbury Association's District. In the neighbourhood of Mr- Dean's Station and the River Waipera. From 5,000 to 10,000 acres outside the Otago Block. Between the Waiau-na and Leader Rivers on the east coast. Between the Leader and Tntaiputuputu Rivers on the east coast. From block of surveyed sections on the Blind River towards Cape Campbell, and bounded on the north-east by the coast in Cloudy Bay. Between the Rivers Opihi and Makikihi, being about 15 miles along the coast, and about the same inland. Extending about 12 miles west from Mr. Caverhill's boundary line, including the pasture land between the Hurunui on the south, and the Waiauna on the north. Extending from the Manuka Creek on the north to a place called the Boat Harbour on the south, and inland to the extent of 12 miles. Bounded on the north by the River Oapi, south the River Opihi, east the Native Reserve at Horauan.a, inland on the west by the back range of hills. Commencing at any natural boundary about 4 miles northward fromOamaru Bluff, thence inland to Ohikoraroa or Spell Point, thence in a south-west direction to the Wairiki River, following that river to its confluence with the Kakau-nui to the coast. On the south by a line between the Ashburton and Hinds River, parallel to, and 10 miles distant from the coast, on the east by the Ashburton, and the west by the Hinds, and on the north by the mountain ranges. Situated on the south bank of the River Alford, and commencing from a point 2 miles from the sea, and running a parallel line -with the coast to a point on the Carew, and 5 miles up both rivers.
