The House is well shingled,—comparatively new—and of substantial structure, being one of the far-famed " Manning's Houses," presenting a frontage 22 ft. by 15 ft. 6 in. wide, divided into two rooms; a room, or ' lean-to' has been added to the House, which can also be divided andmade suitable as x Kitchen and Servant's Bed Room. The House is supplied with excellent water from a well on the premises. The Farm, consisting of 100 acres of Freehold Land, with the House and other buildings thereon, will, with the right of pasturage over the 500 acres adjoining, and the pre-emptive right of purchase of the same, be put up in one Lot; and the two Cows and Calf, the Fanning Intplements and Utensils, with the Household Furniture and Effects, may be taken at a valuation at the option of the Purchaser.
