The House is supplied with excellent water from a well on the premises. The Farm, consisting of 100 acres of Freehold Land, with the House and other buildings thereon, will, with the right of pasturage over the 500 acre* adjoining, and the pre-emptive right of purchase of the same, be put up in one Lot; and the two Cow» and Calf, the Farming Implements and Utensils, with the Household Furniture and Effects, may be taken at a valuation at the option of the Purchaser.
