NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Canterbury Association are now in a situation to convey to the first body of Land Purchasers the Selections of Land they have made in pursuance of their respective Land Orders, as also the Town Sections to which they are severally entitled. Holders of Land Orders are requested, at their earliest convenience, to notify hy letter to the Land O/fice, whether they would prefer the whole of their Land conveyed to them by one Deed, or a separate Conveyance for each Rural and Town Section. The Association intend to convey the Land hy reference to a Map on the hack of the Deed, and the expense to each purchaser will he 10s. for each Conveyance. Before any Conveyance will he delivered, the original Land Order must he produced and given up. By order of the Agent of the Canterbury Association, W. G. Bhutan.
