NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Canterbury Association are now in a situation to convey to the first body of Land Purchasers the Selections of Land they have made in pursuance of their respective Land | Orders, as also the Town Sections to which they are severally entitled.- • Holders of Land Orders are requested, at their earliest convenience, to notify by letter to the Land Office, whether they would prefer the whole of their Land conveyed to them by one Deed, or a separate Conveyance for each Rural and Town Section. The Association intend to convey the Land by reference to a Map on the back of the Deed, and the expense to each purchaser will be 10s. for each Conveyance. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on and after Monday, the 16th of June next, the Eural Land in the Canterbury Settlement will be open for sale to a limited extent, in blocks of not less than Fifty acres. Parties desirous of purchasing any particular section may have the same included in the List for Sale, by making application in writing to that effect at the offices of the* Association, either at Lyttelton or Christchurch, on or before the 17th June next To give effect to such application it will be necessary to deposit the upset price of each Section, viz., £24. for the halfa*re Section in the Capital, and £12. the quar-ter-acre Section in the Port Town, at the Union Bank, Lyttelton, to the credit of the Canterbury Association, on or before the same day.
