TULLOCH begs to call the attention of the Public to a Sale by Auction at the " Golden Fleece Hotel," Christchurch. The property consists of ten sections, each containing one quarter of an acre, seven half acre sections, and five plots, each one acre, being part of a valuable block of rural land, the property of John Birch, Esq., purchased ty him of the Canterbury Association, and numbered 133 on the surveyor's map.' The situation is highly desirable, being only one mile from Christchurch. Wood may be obtained at a trifling cost in the neighbourhood, and the value of the j>roperty is enhanced by the river, which gently passes, enabling those on its borders to irrigate their land during the summer months.
