All or any portion of the two quarteracre sections of land, numbered 67 and 68 on the map or plan of the town of Lyttelton. The laud is situate on a gentle eminence, fronting an intended new street of the breadth of London street, and parallel with the same,. called Winchester street, commanding an uninterrupted view of the town and harbour of t Port Victoria, and is in all respects well adapted for building upon.
