Gartner & Ellis, known by the name of the Golden Fleece Hotel. Christehurch, SEVENTEEN SECTIONS of LAND, each containing One Quarter of an Acre, and all within one mile of the Marketplace. TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION, by Mr. Tulloch, at his premises, No. 11, Esplanade, Lyttelton, on Thursday, the 24th April, 1851, at twelve o'clock, a Fine Schooner-Rigged BOAT, nearly new, with Sails, Oars, CableChain, Standing Rigging, and in every respect well found. For further particulars apply to the Auctioneer. 11, Esplauade, Lyttelton, April 10. SGHOOMER "SALOPIAN," MR. TULLOCH begs to inform the Public that he is instructed to Sell by Auction, at No. 11, Esplanade, Lyttelton, (near the Mitre Hotel,) on Thursday, April 24th, 1851, at twelve o'clock, the new and wellbuilt Schooner Salopian. Her limbers are of Picked Rata, and the said vessel is plunked with the best Mai. The mast?, standing- and running rigging, also the sails, are, like the Mill, All But New, and of the best description. She is also well found in anchors, chains, bout, &:c. 46 Tons Register. Keel, 46 ft, 6 in.. 16 ft. 6 in. beam, and depth of hold, 7 ft. 6 in. The above vessel is well known to stow a large cargo for her tonnage, an excellent seaboat, and in every respect well adapted for the coasting trade.
