Tor being drunk. Jan. SO.—Woods v. Taylor. A summons for appropriating iron-work of a boat. Case dismissed upon the defendant paying the value. Same v. Richards. A summons for breaking a contract relating to a boat let by the Plaintiff to the Defendant. Case dismissed, Ipiwauv. Kirby. Tliis was a summons for 21 1 Qs. thebalance of the price of a watch. The evidence was taken in Maori, and interpreted by Mr ■Wakefield, who was on the Bench. To be paid T!'HU'm 24. hours,
