Tbe nominal capital ia £15,000 the amount of capital subscribed £14,984 S«, amount actually paid up in cash £4984 18s; paid upvalue ol eorip given to shareholders and amount of cash received for same, £4984 18s, £14,859 4s. Paidup value of scrip given to shareholders on which no cash bas been paid, £9,999 10s. Tbe capital Is divided into 800,000 shares ol one shilling. Ol these 290,688 are allotted. Tbe amount paid up per share is ; 8s on 96,183 shares, 2s 0d on 2000 shares, 2s 5d on 1100 shares, and Is on 10 shares. At time ol registration there were seven share holders and the pre.
