The annual meeting of share jolders was held in the secretary's osice, Arrowtown,on Saturday, 22nd December. The chair was occupied by Mr (J. D. Baird. On the motion of Messrs A. Gooiley and P. T. Lynch, the audited b tit nee sheet was passed Oa the motion of Me3srs McCarthy and Lynch, the retiring diruitora, Messrs Johnston and Paterson, were re-elected. It was also decided to hold ova the appointment of t, dine tor in ph.ee of Mr Craig, resignet, until a future meting of directors.
