From the Ist January next tho magazine will bo increased in price from 4d to 6d, which no one will grudge. Life for November—Australia’s popular monthly—is [indeed an attractive publication. An interesting illustrated article on the whaling industry finds a place in the pages, while Charles Nuttall’s impressions of London is another fine item. There are a number of typical Nuttall sketches and next month [an illustrated interview with Sir George Reid is promised. The magazine is altogether an excellent publication.
