MILITARY AIRSHIP.

British War Invention. The Daily Mail states that the War Office, after two years’ secret experiments, has built an airship approximating the type of "La Patrie.” It has a sausage-shaped balloon eight feet by thirty feet. Both planes and fan propellers are used to direct propulsion. It ia believed the petrol motor is a great advance on the French and German engines. The airship was floated at Aldershot for a fortnight.
