THE SWORN STATEMENT
OF MRS..', LIGHTFOOT, LAMBTON HEIGHTS, NEWCASTLE. /•.. "For over four years," she states, "I was in bad health and suffered dreadfully from Constipation, Severe Headaches, and general Debility. I took all kfnds of medicine, and my doctor prescribed for many months. He could practically do nothing for me, and finally advised me to take an opening medicine regularly. 1 tried many pills and remedies, but I failed to gain any benefit beyond the temporary movement of the bowels. The local storekeeper one day advised me to try Dr. Morea'e Indian Root Fills. I had no faith in pills, but I tried them, and the first oouple of doses seemed to have a wonderful effect, I continued with them, and I soon Mrs. Lightfoot. regained my (From a photo.) strength and activity, and waa free from headaches and dizziness, and my system became regular in every way. This all happened about four years ago. Some time since, having discontinued your Pills altogether, I had a breaking out on my leg, which extended from the ankle to the knee. I used various ointments, but finding they had no deterring effect I consulted the doctors, who treated me for some months, but they failed to do me any good, and advised me to lay tip or go to the hospital for treatment. It was only as a last resource that I thought of your Pills (having previously been under the impression Pills were only purgatives). I commenced taking them regularly, and gradually my leg got better, and in a few months entirely healed. I have since used them regularly once or twice a week, and I have much pleasure in recommending your Pills as a household medicine for children and adults, and especially for mothers under all conditions. Mrs. Elizabeth Lightfoot." Subscribed and declared at Lambton, N.S.W., thhf third day of June,® one thousand nine hundred and five, before me,Gj£ORGB E. Hardy, J.P.
