ARROW TENNIS CLUB.
The annual meeting was held in the Press offloe on Thursday evening last. There was a good attendance, Mr J. K. Paton occupying the chair. The balance-sheet showed a credit balance of £3 lis. The following officebearers were eleoted: President, Mr J. K. Paton; vice-presidents—Messrs de la Perrelle, Illingworth and Yonngman ; Auditor, Mr H. G. Toungman; secretary and treasurer, Mr A. Dalargey; captain, Mr A. Dingwall; committee : Misses Jopp, Youngman, and Jenkins, and Messrs L. Jenkins, Oldfield, and Dingwall. Match committee: Messrs de la Perrelle, Illingworth, and Del&rgey. The subscription was fixed at 7s 6d for gents and 3s for ladies. Misses Youngman. Illingworth, and Oldfield were appointed a grounds committee. The opening day was fixed for 19th inst. The president intimated that he would give a trophy to be played for by the ladies in tournament matches.
