LONDON, July 25. Many honors and promotions have been gazetted in connection with the China War. Sir Claude Mac Donald is made a Knight Commander of the Bath; Commander C. R. Connor (who had charge of the New South Wales naval contingent) and Commander F. Tickell (of the Victorian contingent) are made Companions of the Order of. St. Michael and St. George. The services of the Indian princes who took part in the campaign, as well as of Lieutenantgeneral Sir A. Gaselee and other commanders, are specially recognised.
