TtiUBSDAY, THE 22nD DAY OF'APBIL, 1880 TmiEREAS a Bankruptcy Petition has been presented to this Court on the twenty-second day of April, 1880, by certain creditors of the above named Robert M'Cracken against him the said Robert M'Cracken, praying that he "may Be'adjudicated Bankrupt. And whebeas it has been represented to this Court on affidavit filed herein that the said .Robert M'Crateken has within three months before the presentation of sucii petition, with intent to defeafi his creditors, disposed of almost all his real and personal estate respectively to his son, one Adam M'Cracken, and to others And- also that the said Robert M'Cracken has also, with intent to delay his creditors', absented himself from his usual place of residence. NOW THI3 COUBT DOTH BESTBAIN all proceedings against the real and personal estate of him the said Robert M'Cracken, and also against all the real and personal estate which he transferred and assigned as aforesaid to his said son, Adam M'Cracken, or to others as aforesaid, until the hearing of the said Petition by this Court or Until this Order be altered Taiied or discharged. TT\AKE NOTICE that a Bankruptcy Petition has been presented against you to this Court by Charles Low, John Baker, Thomas Dixon, and George Arnold Barker, and the Court has ordered that the publication of this notice in the Arroxo Observer and a copy of the said petition, together with the summons, being served at your last known place of abode at or near Arrowtown aforesaid, shall be deemed to be good service of the petition and summons upon you. And further take notice that the said petition shall be heard at this Court on the seventeenth day of June 1880, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, on which day you are required to appear, and if you do not appear the Court may ad* judge you bankrupt in your absence.
