Wilkinson was charged on an in formation laid by Serjeant Hunt wit allowing music, singing and drunken ness in his licensed house—the Sham rock Hotel—on the night of Wednesda, 24th July, contrary to the the Licensing Ordinance. The inform ation being informally laid, the ca« was dismissed. Civil Cases. Graham v. Dhue—Claim for £3 goods sold and delivered.— by default. ° 1 Gibbs v. Jas. 1 ravis—Claim for 1 5s sd, goods sold.—Judgment for ft amount. Gibbs v Travis and H. W. and B Jobblio—Claim for £7 10s lOd, good supplied to defendants as mining p ar j ners. Travis only appeared.—Jud« ment for amount claimed. c Scolesv. C. O'Fee and party—Clai n for £l4 15s, meat supplied.—Verdic by default, as against O'Fee. I default of payment, one month's im prisonment.
