The schooner Houto, aftei unloading her coal cargo, which was sent ou to Auckland, loft for Whangaue to load timber for the South. As the Houto was leaving for Whaagnpe she missed tho chauncl ju.st beyond Mt. Rex and goi stuck on a mud banlc. It was expected she would get clear at high water yesterday, but when the tide was well on the ftbb she had not managed to get a way.
