During the year your Erectors effected the sale of the Khyber Pass Property at a satisfactory price and leased about 7 acres on the Great South Eoad for a ne,w Nursery site. This property, which is close to the Eemuera Railway Station has been secured on lease on very favourable terma to the Company and has all been got in order and we are expecting very good results from our revenue. The position is right and the soil is suitable while from our advertising point of view, the position is a splendid one and should prove of immense benefit to the Company. We have also provided up'to-date glass houses and packing and office arrangementswhich will greatly facilitate the prompt despatch of orders. The Helensville^Branch Nursery is looking very well,; This season has been very favourable and we have had a splendid percentage in the Nursery Stock.
