Allow me, with minute exactness, to state for the information of those whom it may concern that previous to a letter appearing on the 22nd ult. the writer had, on ,the 16th April, .coraplainWl verbally' to Mr Postmaster Furby re the 24 hours' detention of mails from Sokitika, and likewise about mails heirig cbnVeyed otherwise'than inbags,' 1 as provided for such purposes by Government.
