France will welcome Britain's improved relations with Germany provided she can reach a similar understanding herself, says the "Daily Telegraph" Paris correspondent. He states that the French Premier, M. Daladier, is likely to use the visit of Mr. Chamberlain and the Foreign Secretary, Lord Halifax, on November 23 to bolster up his weakening Cabinet against which opposition is daily increasing.
