"Our Danish Labour Government's abhorrence of war has made it neglect the defence of our country, so that for the time being waves are going high in Government regarding a Defence Act, which has been placed before it. There is some indication that the five northern States, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Iceland, will come to an arrangements for a collective system for defending neutrality in case of unrest in Europe."
