OWHANGO STOCK SALE.
At Owhango on Wednesday we offered 854 sheep and 74 head of cattle. In spite of the wet day there was a large attendance and prices were on a par with other centres. 4 and 5-year ewes 21s to 26s 6d; aged and poor conditioned ewes 9s to lls'ed; ewe lambs 17s 6d to 20s 6d; wether lambs lis to 17s; small m.s. lambs 12s 6d to 14s lid; 1-shear S.D. rams 21 gns to 5 gns; 4-year Romney rams £2 to 3i gns; aged rams 5s to 245; fat cows £4 to £4 10s; 2-year S.H. cross heifers £5; fresh conditioned cows £3.
