MOTOR FATALITY

DEATH OF THIRD VICTIM. (By Telegraph.-—Press Association.) Masterton, this day. Mr. Chas. Herbert Howes, who was seriously injured in the car accident on Mount Blue Road, died in hospital late last night. A husband and wife were killed and two others seriously injured, as the result of a motor accident which occurred „on Monday evening on the main north road about 12 miles from Masterton. The victims were: — Killed. Leslie William Sharman, cycle dealer, Masterton. Margaret SHarman» his wife. Injured. Charles Herbert Howes, carpenter, condition very grave. B. Waters, Masterton; extensive injuries; condition fairly serious. The accident occurred on a bend on the road. The car, which was driven by Mr. Leslie Sharman, collided with a transport lorry, heavily laden with fruit, driven by Mr. Raymond Ceonc Bushby, fruit merchant, of Hastings, Neither Mr. Bushby nor a companion was injured.
