REGULATIONS NOT TO BE RELAXED.

The correspondent of the Associated Press at Berlin says that though a number of German regulations have been relaxed for the Olympic period, this leniency does not extend to the scrutiny of letters. Much of the Australians’ mails arriving are marked “Opened by the Government Superintendent.”
