CHANGES PENDING. QUESTION OF CONQUEST OF ABYSSINIA. (Press Association. —Copyright.) (Received 11.45 a.m.) Rome, June 17. It is reported that Count Suvich is being appointed Ambassador at Washington. This and other Italian Ambassadorial changes that are pending raise the question of the recognition of the conquest of Abyssinia, as the new Ambassadors are certain to present their credentials as coming from the King of Italy and the Emperor of Abyssinia.
