RUSSIA IS READY
JAPAN AND GERMANY WARNED. INCREASE IN AIR FORCE. (Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received 11.45 a.m.) Moscow, April 13. M. Alexander Kosarev, secretarygeneral, presiding at the Young Communist Movement Congress, said: "Russian youth is ready to volunteer / in the Red Army. Neither the bravery of the Samurai nor the strength of the bandits in Brown Shirts and Swastikas will save from a sad fate those who attack us." M. Kosarev added that 8000 more members will be trained as air pilots in the present year. Already 3500 were reserve pilots and 21,000 accomplished parachutists.
