NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER. is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Waitomo County Council held on Friday, the 14th day of December, 1934, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at a Meeting of the Council to be held at the Council Chambers, Te Kuiti, on the 7th day of February, 1935, at 10 a.m. RESOLUTION. RESOLVED. —Pursuant to Section 152 of the Counties Act, 1920, the Waitomo County Council, being of the opinion that the land purchased by it for public purposes, and described in the Schedule hereto, is no longer required for the purposes of the County of Waitomo, hereby resolves, by way of Special Order, that the said land shall be sold in such manner, for such sum and on such conditions as the said Council thinks fit.
