ABDICATION NOW DEFINITE. HIS SON TO SUCCEED. (Press Association. —Copyright.) (Received 11.40 a.m.) Singapore, this day. The King of Siam is extremely unlikely to return and his abdication is considered to be definite. A deputation which interviewed the King in England agreed to certain points which the King advanced, and recommended their acceptance, but the Government i*efused. The Prince, who is a minor, is now in Switzerland, and probably will be appointed King with a Council of Regency.
