FEILDING SALE. Messrs. Abraham and Williams, Ltd. report on the above sale as under: — A small entry of fat sheep met with a ready sale, values showing no alteration on recent rates. In the store sheep sale it was quite apparent that the last two week's dry weather has affected the demand for store sheep. The yarding of this section comprised mostly 2-tooth wethers which showed signs of having travelled long distances and the sales herein was inclined to be dull with several passings. Fat- cattle were again easier, nice pens of station bred cows and heifers being submitted to a dragging market. A heavy yarding of store cattle was offered to a medium attendance of the public. A rather dull sale prevailed with several lots passed at auction, although several private sales were effected after the sale.
