HANGATIKI FOOTBALL
ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting of the Hangatiki Football Club was held in the Hangatiki Hall on Wednesday last. There was a fair attendance with Mr. R. Reid in the chair.
Although the last season had not beer a very successful one the balance sheet showed a credit of £4 3s 7d. The election of officers resulted: Patron, Mr. H. Rothery; president, Mr. A. Pettigrew; deputy-president, Mr. R. Reid; vice-presidents, Messrs. P. Tarrant, Bentley, Hotu, McClymont, H. Beable E. C. Davis, J. P. Davis, J. G. Anderson, B. Board, A. Gray, McConnell, A. Wiske, W. J. Petitt, VAllerby, D. Stevenson, W. B. Marwood, and F. C. Brian; secretary, Mr. F. L. Crawford; treasurer, Mr. fi. Downard; delegates to animal meeting of the Maniapoto Rugby Union, Messrs. Crawford, Pettigrew and J. P. Davis; committee, Messrs. H. Bentley, H. Harpur, J. P. Davis, P. Tarrant, V. Allerby, G. Old, and R. Tinetti; selectors, senior, Mr. J. P. Davis; junior, Mr. F. L. Crawford; club captain, Mr. M. Koroheke; social committee, Waitomo, Messrs. Gault, Wiske and D. Bentley, Mrs. Tarrant and Misses R. Holden, Bentley and Lee; Hangatiki, Messrs M. Koroheke, T. Koroheke, W. Harpur, H. Harpur, Allerby and Crawford, Mesdames Reid, W. Harpur, McClymont, Misses Downard, McKenzie and Lovegrove.
