EMPRESS THEATRE

“AFTER TO-NIGHT.” To-night and Monday night will be screened the sensational spy story “After To-Night,” an elaborate production dealing with the careers of a beautiful Allied spy and an enemy officer who seeks new glory through her capture, only to learn that she is the woman he loves. Constance Bennett is the beautiful spy and Gilbert Roland is the Austrian captain who has to choose between death for the girl he loves and duty to his country. The story deals with the activities of a feminine secret service agent operating in the danger zone and in Vienna. Cleverly written, beautifully acted, and expertly directed, it provides superb entertainment which should please every class of audience.

Don’t forget the dance at the “Ritz” to-night with Phil Swift’s special cabaret orchestra providing the music.
