These tickets will NOT be available by the Wellington-Auckland Limited Express train. TRAIN ARRANGEMENTS: Usual 6.10 a.m. Te Kuiti-Franktcn train connects with trains leaving Frankton for Claudelands at 9.10 (Claudelands arrive 9.22 a.m.). Usual 9.42 a.m. Te Kuiti-Frankton train connects at Frankton with Auckland-Tauranga express (Frankton dep. 12.26 p.m., Claudelands arrive 12.40 p.m.). Return train stopping where required leaves Frankton 6.20 p.m. (after connecting with 5.50 p.m. special ex Claudelands) arriving Te Kuiti 8.37 p.m. Return fare from Te Kuiti: 4/9 second class, 7/- first class. Dalgety and Company, Limited, acting under instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Hamilton will offer for sale by Public Auction at their offices at Taupiri Street, Te Kuiti, on Wednesday, the 30th day of November, 1932, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, FIRSTLY, All that piece of land situated in the Land Registration District of Auckland, containing two roods, more or less, being the Block situated in the Otanake Survey District called Te Kuiti No. 2B No. 1A No. IA, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title Volume 208, Folio 47, SUBJECT to Section 74 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, and SECONDLY, All that piece of land situated in the said Land Registration District, containing thirty-two perches, more or less, being Lot No. 2 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 11295, which said piece of land is portion of the Block situated in the Otanake Survey District called Te Kuiti 2B No. IN, and is the whole of land comprised and described in Certificate of Title Volume 316, Folio 253, SUBJECT to the provisions of Part XIII. of the Land Act, 1908.
