ANOTHER CHARGE.
WHALLEY AGAIN REMANDED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Timaru, this day. Appearing on remand from Hokitika, where he was arrested, William John Thomass Whalley (33), appeared before Mr. C. R. Orr Walker, S.M., in the Police Court this morning, charged with the murder of William Edward Wogan at the Hermitage on November 5, 1930. On the application of Senior-Ser-geant Mathieson the accused was remanded till May.
