FRESH WHOLEMEAL SCONES FOR TEA. :'i lb Bisley’s Wholemeal Floui’j i lb flour, 2 ozs butter, 2 teaspoons cream tartar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon soda, 1 pint milk. Mix flour, salt and cream of tartar together, add Wholemeal, and rub in butter. Make into soft dough with milk. Roll out, cut into rounds and bake in quick oven.
