WARSHIP STANDING BY. (Press Association. —Copyright.) (Received 10.50 a.m.) Hongkong, December 3. H.M.S. Stormcloud has located the Hedwig and stood by the vessel during the afternoon. The warship pumped oil on the water to quell the mountainous seas which prevented any attempt at rescue.
