Nineteen charges in a bill of impeachment against Huey Long, Louisiana’s 34-year-old Governor, were filed to-day in the Lower House State Legislature. Among the charges were alleged attempts “to hire and induce murder, malfeasance in office, and habitual drunkenness.’’
