MORTGAGEE'S SALE OF LEASEHOLD FARM PROPERTY, 0.R.P., AT MOKAUITI. The following will be offered for sale by auction in one lot by the Farmers' Auctioneering Company, Limited, on Saturday, the 12th day of May, 1928, at the hour of 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon at the offices of the said Company in Sheridan Street, *Te Kuiti, by the Mortgagee selling through the Registrar of the Supreme Court at New Plymouth. FIRSTLY, The leasehold interest in ALL THAT piece of land situated in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 113 acres 3 roods, more or less, being section 6, Block XI, Mapara Survey District, and the whole of the land in 0.R.P., Number 16, registered in Volume 73, Folio 107, of the Register Book at New Plymouth. The said O.R.P. is for the term of 25 years from the Ist January,. 1913, at the annual rental of £l7 16s lOd, with the right to acquire the freehold for £355, and is subject to Memorandum of Mortgage Number 30024 and increase thereof, to the State Advances Superintendent under which there is now owing the principal sum of £793 18s 4d, and no more. The property is flat and undulatingland, mostly cleared and grassed and subdivided into about 5 paddocks. The buildings comprise a 6-roomed house and outbuildings and an old house. The property is situated about from the Mokauiti Post Office, at the junction of Mokauiti and Patoto roads. A dedicated road runs through the property, and there is a metalled road from the Waimiha Railway Station. It is well watered. SECONDLY, The Leasehold interest in ALL THAT piece of land situated in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 148 acres, more or less, being section 5, Block XI, of the Mapara Survey District, and the whole of the. land in 0.R.P., Number 15, registered in Volume 73, Folio 128, of the Register Book at New Plymouth. The said O.R.P. is for the term of 25 years from the first day of July, 1913, at the annual rental of £25 lis, 2d, with the right to acquire the freehold for £5lO and is subject to Memorandum of Mortgage Number 51766 and increase thereof to the State Advances Office under which there is now owing the sum of £1279 13s 9d and no more. THIS property is an undulating dairy farm about 100 acres of which are stumped and grassed. The balance is grassed but not stumped. It is divided into about 5 paddocks. The buildings comprise a'7-roomed house, milking shed and outbuildings. The property is situated about 1 mile from the Mokauiti Post Office adjoining Section 6 herein described as at the junction of the Mokauiti and Patoto Roads and a dedicated road runs through the property.
