STOCK SALE REPORTS. FRANKTON. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having held their usual weekly stock sale at Frankton saleyards on Tuesday, 13th as under:— There, was a large yarding) of beef. Ox beef sold at equal to 28s per hundred. Cow and heifer beef sold at lower rates' than last week. Only very choice young cows and heifers made about late rates. Ordinary quality cows were lower. Vealers made £2 10s to £3 4s. There was a small entry of store cattle, which sold at late rates. Fresh store cows were in keen demand and sold up to £5 os, 2-year heifers £4 to £4 15s, yearling heifer's £3 to £3 7s. There was a large yarding of fat sheep and the demand was weak. Fat wethers made up to 265, fat ewes up to 18s, fat lambs 23s to 255. There was a keen demand for store sheep at full late rates. All classes of pigs were easier than previous sale. FEILDING. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report :—There was a very fair yarding of sheep and a small entry of cattle at their Feilding sale on Friday, 9th inst. Both fat and store sheep were inclined to be easier and all lines changed hands. Quotations : Fat 2-tooths 25s 6d to 275, fat wethers 26s to 275, fat maiden ewes 235, fat ewes 19s 7d to 22s Id, small mixed 2-tooths 18s lOd, 2-tooth wethers 22s to 22s Id, 2-tooth ewes 28s to 29s 2d, 4.-tooth wethers 23s 6d, empty wool ewes 23s 3d, aged ewes with lambs 33s to 355. Forward heifers £5 7s 6d, rough 3-year steers £5 15s to £6 ss, springing heifers £6 to £6 17s 6d, heifers in milk £6 17s 6d, fat cows £4 15s to £6, runners £4 15s.
