A FAILMKR IN COURT. For causing grievous bodily harm to Harry Cattermolo, of Bungay, Suffolk, sheriff’s bailiff, .John Barber, farmer, of llketslmll. was lined £2 at Bungay recently. Kvidenoc was that the sheriff’s officer and his men called at Barber’s house to execute a warrant. On entering' they found all the furniture covered with pepper. As Cattermolo was coming out of one of -the rooms carrying a chair, Barber threw a handful of pepper into his face.
