WHAT OF THE FUTURE? Lt is predicted that cemeteries ol the future, owing t<< the growth ol ciematiou, will he known as Gardens ol Remembrance. They will be Gardens containing Columbaria gracefully designed, as a combined memorial and resting-place for the ashes of the dead. The spaco now devoted to a couple of graves will accomodate a hundred or more urns. These, like the funeral urns of the ancient Greek heroes, might depict, m sculptured relief, events in the lives, or symbols of tiro attainments, ol those whose ashes they contained.
