AMONG EAST COAST NATIVES.

An outbreak of typhoid fever near Napier, principally among natives, is now well in hand. Dr. Buck has been instructed to proceed there to assist Dr. McKibbin, who was sent up a the beginning of the outbreak. The patients have the best of medicinal and nursing services.
