Pursuant to Section 10 of the Local Podies' Loans Act, 1913, I hereby give notice that a Poll of the Ratepayers of the Tangitu No. 2 Special Eating Area in the County of Waitomo will be taken on Friday, the 24(th ciay of April, 1925, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. upon a proposal to raise a Special Loan of £IOOO for the purpose of reforming, widening, culverting and metalling portion of the Takiri Road from Tangitu towards Waimiha.
